Learn to Play Futsal
Our Learn to play Futsal program incorporates skills & fitness training on Monday afternoons.
Learn the basic skills plus get fit with our speed and agility sessions as part of the program.
Our program caters for 5 - 10 yr olds.
This program is for beginners wanting to learn the skills of Futsal (indoor soccer).
4 pm till 5 pm
5 pm till 6 pm
A fitness class that guides and educates teens on the importance and impact of keeping a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Incorporating body weight, weights and cardio training into the sessions with regular little fitness challenges to encourage participants to keep working on themselves and push themselves every session.
