Train in Our Gym
Our gym offers enough equipment for you to enjoy a full body workout from cable machines, squat and bench stations as well as free weights.
In addition to the fixed machines we have a range of functional training tools for you to be able to put together your own circuit. Make use of our Kettlebells, Dummbells, Battle ropes, tyres and sandbags as well as our 1.2 km running circuit surrounding the complex.
Should you need some help, please feel free to ask one of our staff and we can arrange a trainer to help you out.

Can I try the gym out before i sign up?
Yes you can.
We are more than happy to provide you with a free 7 day trial.
Come in, fill out a pre activity form and get started.
Can I get help with the machines?
We have fitness professionals who can provide quality instructing when attending the gym for the first time. When you get started please let our staff know that you need help and we can arrange for one of our instructors to guide you through some exercises.
When's the best time to use the gym?
As Bernie Mullane has such a great group exercise community we suggest using the gym outside of group fitness classes as the equipment may be required for the classes.
Facility operating times?
Our gym facility is open from;
10 am till 10 pm Monday to Friday
9 am till 9 pm Saturday
9 am till 8 pm Sunday
Bernie Mullane runs group fitness classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:45 am till 6:45 am for our group fitness members.
Once the classes are done the centre is closed till 9 am for the next class.
Due to the centre being unsupervised we are unable to allow members to use the gym on their own at these times.
