Connect in Our Outdoor Group Fitness Classes
We love taking advantage of our great location which gives us access to outdoor shaded exercise area, plus the entire Bernie Mullane Sports Complex where you can go for a long run outside or tackle some of the hills in the area.
All our trainers are fully qualified and experienced in getting the most out of you so you leave satisfied and wanting to come back for more.
Please note the current timetable is temporary and is changing as restrictions ease or needs change.
We hope to get to a full timetable in the near future.
We have increased capacity of class bookings to 15 per class.
Casual sessions are $10 per class (Non Members) payment can me made at reception on arrival.
Fitness Passport Members welcome and will be required to book online and scan membership card at reception.
We recommend you book a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
In the interest of public safety, walk-ins will not be available.

Can I try a class for free?
Yes you can.
We are more than happy to provide you and your friends a free 7 day trial.
Come in, fill out a pre activity form and get started.
Facility operating times?
Bernie Mullane runs group fitness classes Monday to Saturday.
Operating hours are;
Monday to Friday 9am - 12pm & 4pm - 10pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am - 3pm
