Group Classes Timetables

Improve your fitness and become a part of the community by joining our popular group fitness classes at Bernie Mullane Sports Complex.

Our timetable features a wide variety of exercise classes to suit everybody's individual needs and fitness levels. 

Getting started in a gym can be daunting. If you want to build up your confidence, group fitness classes can help you through accountability and social encouragement.

Functional Training

A circuit-based class held indoors and outdoors combines a mixture of cardio and strength-based exercises. With a key focus on integrated functional movements to assist with everyday movement and strength.

Sometimes incorporating interval training along with a variety of other training styles. Function Training is suitable for participants of almost all ages and abilities. (9:15 am classes are 60 min / 6 pm classes are 45 min)

Teen Gym

A fitness class that guides and educates teens on the importance and impact of keeping a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Incorporating body weight, weights and cardio training into the sessions with regular little fitness challenges to encourage participants to keep working on themselves and push themselves every session.

Bootcamp

Designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense workouts. 60 min class

 

Stretch

This 45-minute class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of movement.

Boxing

Boxing is a high energy class that uses boxing techniques to give you a full body workout. It also works to improve your cardiovascular fitness and tone your whole body like never before.

Never done any boxing before? No problem, this class is designed for all levels of fitness.

Aerobics

Aerobics is an energetic, upbeat cardio-based class that is sure to get your body moving and blood flowing. It is a great workout for all different levels of fitness.

This class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout. 60 min class 

Fit for Seniors

Fit for Seniors is an hour session for over 50’s providing you with an effective and enjoyable workout.
The class will assist with mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and assist in improving muscle tone.

The perfect addition to a healthy lifestyle all while enjoying the social aspects of group exercise.

Dance

People are dancing their way to fitness with our dance class. With easy to follow moves for a full-body workout that will burn calories, blast fat and have you reaching your fitness goals in no time.

Dance is the ideal class to work out without even realising it, have fun and get fit at the same time. 60 min class.
