BERNIE MULLANE SPORTS COMPLEX
The Hills Basketball Association manages the Bernie Mullane Sports Complex (BMSC) Indoor Stadium, Outdoor Netball Courts and Bernie’s Cafe. The Gym Facility is managed by BaiFit. Please note that all other facilities including the Synthetic Fields, Outdoor Fields, Tennis Courts and Cricket Nets within BMSC are managed by The Hills Shire Council.
The Bernie Mullane Sports Complex provides a state of the art, all inclusive sporting hub. This makes BMSC the ideal location for casual usage, or your next major event.
VENUE UPGRADES
15/12/2025 – 09/02/2026
Council will soon commence upgrade works within Bernie Mullane Reserve between the synthetic playing fields and the amenities building. This work involves the construction of retaining walls, an additional staircase, improved stormwater and drainage infrastructure, fencing and concreting of the building forecourt area to improve access to the buildings facilities and playing fields.
Construction works are planned to commence on 15 December 2025 and scheduled to be completed on 9 February 2026, weather permitting. Work will take place Monday – Saturday from 7.00am to 5.00pm.
Sections of the facility including synthetic playing field 1 will be closed during this period as shown below.
