Disability Sports Australia invited all students with a sensory, physical or intellectual disability to the FREE Activate Inclusion Sports Day at Bernie Mullane Sports Complex on Wednesday the 1st of March.

Proudly supported by Disability Sport and Recreation and delivered by Disability Sports Australia – the event was designed to provide students aged 5-18 with the opportunity to experience mainstream sports in a positive and inclusive environment, with the use of adaptive equipment.

Participants experienced a variety of modified sporting activities on the day, facilitated by specialised coaches with the support of students from local universities and community organisations.
