BAIFIT is a personal training and group fitness community located within the Bernie Mullane Indoor Sports Complex. With an aim to do more than improve fitness levels, but build overall confidence.

BAIFIT hosted the 2023 CrossFit Open Qualifiers for their members where the crew participated in 3 weekends full of workouts. With majority of members taking part in their first ever CrossFit open, their involvement is a testament to the supportive environment that BAIFIT have created.
